Direct NAD+ with quercetin and resveratrol.
What it is. NAD+ is a coenzyme involved in normal cellular energy metabolism. This product supplies direct NAD+ with quercetin and resveratrol. That biological role does not establish a benefit from taking this supplement.
| Ingredient / form | Per serving |
|---|---|
| Serving size / bottle | 2 capsules · 60 capsules · 30 servings |
| NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) | 500 mg |
| Quercetin dihydrate extractSophora japonica · whole flower bud | 250 mg |
| Japanese knotweed extract (98% resveratrol)Polygonum cuspidatum · root | 150 mg |
| Label-verified capsule type | HPMC (vegetable capsule) |
Amounts are per two capsules. The 150 mg is Japanese knotweed extract weight, not pure resveratrol weight. Daily Values are not established.

NAD+ is not the same as NR or NMN
NR (nicotinamide riboside) and NMN (nicotinamide mononucleotide) are precursors the body can use to make NAD+. This formula contains direct NAD+. Much of the human supplementation literature evaluates precursors; those results do not establish benefits for this product.
What the research can and cannot say
An established biological role
NAD+ participates in normal cellular energy metabolism. Knowing what NAD+ does in cells does not show what swallowing a direct-NAD+ supplement will do.
Human supplementation evidence
Studies often examine NR or NMN, with different doses, participants and outcomes. A change in a blood biomarker does not by itself establish a meaningful wellness benefit. Clinical evidence for wellness and anti-aging outcomes remains inconclusive.
Evidence for this exact formula
We have not identified human clinical evidence matching this combination, ingredient forms and amounts that establishes energy, cognition, cardiovascular, cellular-repair or anti-aging benefits. We do not claim those outcomes or proven bioavailability for this product.
Research context
- NIH: NAD and normal energy metabolism
- NR trial in older adults (a different ingredient)
- NMN trial in women with prediabetes (a different ingredient and population)
These sources explain the biology and limits of extrapolation; they are not evidence for the finished formula.
Other ingredients
HPMC (vegetable capsule), MCC (microcrystalline cellulose), brown rice flour, olive oil, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate.
